Mise en Place is an international Gault&Millau initiative that occurs all over the world. It is a one-day event for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth  featuring approximately 40-45 exhibitors and is attended by 200–300 trade-only guests.

The events include masterclasses, award finalist presentations, a cooking stage and much more. The Gault&Millau Mise en Place events are designed to give importers, producers and suppliers the opportunity to engage directly with Australia’s best chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers and industry professionals in a vibrant commercial environment.
