The Yellow Leaders Breakfast is an opportunity for Gault&Millau to provide chefs, restauranteurs and professionals with international and domestic industry insights to ensure they 'remain ahead of the game.' This informative breakfast is designed to share industry best practice and inspire guests to evolve and grow their business. We will be discussing a range of topics including, the industry 'today,' global statistics and observations, culinary innovation, and the future of hospitality in Australia.

The breakfast will be hosted by Gault&Millau Australia's Editor in Chief, Mark Dorrell, and presented by Jeremy Ryland, a passionate food professional. He writes on food and gastronomy for the press and has appeared on both radio and television, promoting food science, good food and commensality. Jeremy is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business & Tourism at the University of Queensland, a qualified judge for the RAS, RNA, RASV and GDA.
