Since 1965, Gault&Millau have been rating restaurants by their unique anonymous ‘benchmarking’ process and publishing in the annual Gault&Millau Restaurant Guide. Now in over 22 countries and with more that 14,000 restaurants reviewed and published each year, G&M gains invaluable insights into global trends within the hospitality industry.

The Yellow Leaders Breakfast is an opportunity for G&M to provide chefs, restaurateurs and professionals with international and domestic industry insights to ensure they 'remain ahead of the game'. This informative breakfast is designed to share industry best practice and inspire guests to evolve and grow their business, where we discuss a range of topics including the industry today, global statistics and observations, culinary innovation, and the future of hospitality in Australia.

The breakfast will be hosted by Gault&Millau Australia's Editor in Chief, Joshua Stacey, and presented by Jeremy Ryland, a passionate food professional. He writes on food and gastronomy for the press and has appeared on both radio and television, promoting food science, good food and commensality. Jeremy is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business & Tourism at the University of Queensland, a qualified judge for the RAS, RNA, RASV and GDA.

Join us to discuss these timely topics of our industry over a delicious breakfast!
